How many meals are included in a meal plan?

  • The 1500 and 2000 calorie plans use 3 meals and snacks for 6 days (with day 7 for leftovers).
  • The 2700 calorie plan uses 3 meals and snacks, but larger portion sizes. Only 4 days are included in each plan, as we found this to be the sweet spot for client adherence.
  • Extra days can easily be added to the 2700 calories with the Pro package.

If I buy COACH PRO, how much can I individualize a plan?

  • As much or as little as you want! You can edit meals, create your own recipes or build a whole week from scratch.
  • Grocery lists are automatically updated, and you can print every meal plan out for your client.

Can I get a refund?

  • Absolutely. You can request a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days if you aren’t fully satisfied.
  • Please note, you will not be licensed to use our recipes or plans if you do this.

Are the plans healthy?
