The Process

Pre-Consultation Questionnaire

My goal is to gather as much information as possible about YOU, including your current circumstances, what your goals are and importantly, how I can help you achieve them.

This will serve as a roadmap for me and ensure that our session is as beneficial as possible for you.

Consultation Call

We’ll have the consultation over the phone or online on the time and date you chose (typically 60 minutes).

You receive a follow up email with your personalised weight loss recommendations after I’ve reviewed the consultation.

Tailored Plans

I’ll customise 4 weeks of our meal plans to your individual needs and food preferences for you.

You might have felt overwhelmed with weekly meal plans and calories in general, but the consultation and following advice will make it clear and easy to understand.

Support & Accountability

You’ll have a weekly check in for accountability, as well as the opportunity to get answers to any questions that you might have.

After the consultation and with 4 weeks of individualised and guided meal plans, you’ll have a firm understanding on how to lose weight successfully on a vegetarian diet.

You’ll feel empowered and in control to eat more healthily on a regular basis.

You’ll also learn how to make the most out of the weekly meal plan program membership, so you can continue to achieve your goals without the worry.

This consultation is for you if you:

  • Want to take weight loss seriously.
  • Want expert advice, support and accountability to reach your goals.
  • Want realistic weight loss at a sustainable rate.
  • Want to enjoy your food and not follow a fad diet.

Note: This is not for you if you aren’t able to invest time and effort into your health.

I also do not offer a quick fix to weight loss, but empower you with steps to a permanent and healthy food life.

About me

James: Food for Body Composition

I joined HurryTheFoodUp in 2020 as their Nutritionist.

I’m a Sport Nutritionist (SENr registered and MSc Sport Nutrition) as well as triathlete, having raced for the Age Group Great Britain Triathlon Team.

I also work in General Practice, or Family Medicine, in a clinical role using my background as a Paramedic.

Through continued education, I now have a role very similar to a Family Physician, with full medicine prescribing rights.

I love helping people with losing weight and building muscle because it’s such a rewarding process.

When done properly, weight loss doesn’t have to be a daunting, unhappy journey.

Instead, you can eat great food and feel fantastic and that’s what I love helping our HTFU members with.
