There’s more to losing weight than just following a meal plan.
By understanding what could hinder your weight loss journey and what could put you at risk of falling back into old habits you can remove that obstacle or put something in place if you’re exposed to it.
Video 4 – Relapse management
If everything goes perfectly then it will just be an easy, one-way weight loss journey. As much as we would love that to happen it isn’t always that smooth. For one reason or another we can have setbacks and we have to have a plan for dealing with them.

6 Week Exercise Plan
This 6 week exercise plan has been designed to start getting you active. It has 2 parts – a cardio programme and a strength programme. You can do both or just pick one.
