  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt

Instructions

  • Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge. The next morning add a dash of milk, a sweetener (if you want) and enjoy!
