- 8.5 oz butter (alternatively, use salted butter and skip adding extra salt later)
- 7 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Chop the onion and garlic as finely as possible. Fine is important. Put them in a large bowl.
Add the butter, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika to the bowl and give it all a good mash up with a fork. Make sure everything gets mixed in well.
Place in a suitable serving dish (or transportable dish).
Party hard.
