Grandma’s Creamy Cucumber Salad

- 2 tbsp dill, fresh (or frozen)
Finely slice the cucumber and finely dice the onion. All really, really fine :-)
1 cucumber, ½ onion
Add to a bowl and mix in the cream.
⅔ cup cream
Finish off the salad with the vinegar, sugar and salt.
2 tbsp white wine vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt
Mix well and let the salad rest for at least 2 hours for maximum taste.
