White Bean Salad
Speedy White Bean Salad - this tangy take on the classic is super-quick and super-tasty. It’s time to make lunch a thing to look forward to again.
Servings 2 people
Drain and rinse the white beans.
Wash the lamb’s lettuce.
Peel and cut the orange.
Off it goes into a bowl.
Mix the mustard, agave syrup (or honey), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad.
