Persian Cucumber Dip
Servings: 1 bowl
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Grate the cucumber. Then squeeze the grated cucumber to get rid of the excess liquid. You can do it in a towel or just with your hands.
Now mix all the ingredients together. Add some garnish and serve!
