Spinach Banana Smoothie
A super healthy yet tasty summer smoothie. You won't even realise you're eating spinach (or drinking it, smart arse).
Servings 1 big glass
- 1 medium banana
- 1 big handful spinach (1 handful = approx. 60g)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1¼ cup unsweetened soy milk (or your fave milk - almond, oat, coconut, even water)
