Spinach Banana Smoothie

A super healthy yet tasty summer smoothie. You won't even realise you're eating spinach (or drinking it, smart arse).

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 big handful spinach (1 handful = approx. 60g)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • cup unsweetened soy milk (or your fave milk - almond, oat, coconut, even water)

Instructions

  • Easy as hell - throw everything together!
  • And blend!
