Instructions
Peel then grate the
cucumber
.
Place into a bowl and squeeze out excess water with your hands by pressing the grated cucumber towards the bowl rim. Pour away the unneeded water.
Now mix in the
yoghurt
. Chop the
mint leaves
and add along with the
lemon zest
and
salt
(only the zest, no lemon juice necessary).
