- 1 pear
- 2 oz (55 g) goat cheese
- 4 tbsp pesto (or your favourite)
- 4 slices whole wheat bread (or rye bread)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Thinly slice the pear and slice the goat’s cheese.
Spread the pesto on each slice of bread.
Layer the spinach next, then pear, then the goats cheese on top. Drizzle a little honey next. Season with a pinch of salt.
Stick under the grill for 4-5 minutes. Done! If you’re feeling naughty add a little more honey. Yummy.
