Ingredients

  • 4 slices protein bread
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 oz (20 g) cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp marmite
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Spread marmite over two slices of bread. Layer the cottage cheese over the other two.
  • Layer the cheddar cheese over the cottage cheese.
  • Slice the cucumber and layer this over, too. Add a little salt to taste.
  • Finally, put the marmite breads on top. Squish down a little so the insides don't come out when travelling.
