Ingredients
- 4 slices protein bread
- 3.5 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp marmite
- 1/4 cucumber
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Spread marmite over two slices of bread. Layer the cottage cheese over the other two.
- Layer the cheddar cheese over the cottage cheese.
- Slice the cucumber and layer this over, too. Add a little salt to taste.
- Finally, put the marmite breads on top. Squish down a little so the insides don't come out when travelling.
