Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Throw them together with the dried apricots in a food processor.
Add the cinnamon and honey/agave syrup and a dash of milk. Blend until smooth (if no food processor at hand just cut the fruit into small pieces).
Chop up the almonds.
Mix the yogurt and milk with the rolled oats.
Lastly, in a small bowl layer yogurt mix, plum jam and chopped almonds to your liking. Garnish with a few pieces of plums.
Enjoy now or whenever you like! Keep it in the fridge.
