  • 8 strawberries, fresh (chopped)

Instructions

  • Cut the bread into triangles.
  • Blend the milk, water, flour, half the sesame seeds, the salt, vanilla essence, and cinnamon powder together well.
  • Soak the bread in the milk mix in a wide bowl for about 30 seconds, pressing the bread down so it soaks up the mixture.
  • Meanwhile, heat up a pan on medium heat and add the oil/margarine.
  • Cook the bread until golden brown on both sides, roughly 3 minutes each side. If it needs longer, give it some extra so it’s nice and crispy.
  • Cover in favourite toppings. Enjoy!
