Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (35 g) blueberries
  • ¼ cup (30 g) raspberries
  • 2 oz (55 g) strawberries
  • 1 small or medium dragon fruit
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 nectarine/apricot
  • 1 cup (240 g) low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries and banana into slices. Cut the dragon fruit in cubes and the nectarine/apricot into wedges.
