- 1 cucumber (about 300g/10oz) We use English cucumbers but any type work)
- ½ onion
- ⅔ cup (100 ml) cream (⅔ cup = 100 ml) 'Half and Half' works too
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
Optional:
- 2 tbsp dill, fresh (or frozen)
Get Recipe Ingredients
Finely slice the cucumber and finely dice the onion. All really, really fine :-)
Add to a bowl and mix in the cream.
Finish off the salad with the vinegar, sugar and salt.
Mix well and let the salad rest for at least 2 hours for maximum taste.
