Ingredients

  • 5 oz (150 g) low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • 4 walnuts, crumbled
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and grate the carrot.
  • Pour yogurt into the jar.
  • Add carrot, walnuts, honey and cinnamon. Enjoy!
