Ingredients

  • 5 oz low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • 4 walnuts, crumbled
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and grate the carrot.
    ½ carrot, grated
  • Pour yogurt into the jar.
    5 oz low fat natural yogurt
  • Add carrot, walnuts, honey and cinnamon. Enjoy!
