- ½ cup (85 g) quinoa
- 1.5 cup (265 g) chickpeas, cooked (~1 can, 15oz/425g)
- 2 handful leafy greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
- 3 oz (85 g) low fat feta cheese
- 1 handful raisins
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
Chop the cheese and add with the salad mix and chickpeas to a large bowl.
Mix the honey, oil, lemon juice and raisins in a small bowl
Add the cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper to the dressing bowl and mix well.
Mix in the cooked quinoa.
Drizzle devilishly delicious dressing over the salad.
