Instructions

  • Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
    ½ cup quinoa
  • Chop the cheese and add with the salad mix and chickpeas to a large bowl.
    1.5 cup chickpeas, cooked, 2 handful leafy greens, 3 oz low fat feta cheese
  • Mix the honey, oil, lemon juice and raisins in a small bowl
    2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 1 handful raisins
  • Add the cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper to the dressing bowl and mix well.
    1 tsp cumin, ground, ½ tsp chili flakes, Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix in the cooked quinoa.
  • Drizzle devilishly delicious dressing over the salad.
  • Enjoy 🙂
