- 4 slices wholegrain bread
- 2 vegetarian sausages
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ⅛ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup

Fry the sausages in a large pan in a little olive oil. While they're cooking, prep everything else.
Spread a little ketchup (or fave sauce) over each slice of bread. Layer on the cheddar cheese.
When the sausages are nearly ready, start frying the eggs. You can move the sausages to one side to finish cooking. If you only have one pan or small pan, wait for the sausages to finish cooking then fry the eggs.
Slice the sausages in half length-ways. Layer them out over the cheddar cheese bread. Place the fried eggs on top.
Lay the other slices of bread on top. Done!
