- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 fig
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 oz (150 g) low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)
Get Recipe Ingredients
Slice the figs.
Put them into the pan on a medium heat. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
Fry the figs on both sides for a few minutes to the crunchy caramelized.
Pour yogurt into the jar, add figs, olive oil and salt. Yum!
