Ingredients

  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 fig
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 oz (150 g) low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)

Instructions

  • Slice the figs.
  • Put them into the pan on a medium heat. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
  • Fry the figs on both sides for a few minutes to the crunchy caramelized.
  • Pour yogurt into the jar, add figs, olive oil and salt. Yum!
