Instructions

  • Slice the figs.
    1 fig
  • Put them into the pan on a medium heat. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
    ½ tsp maple syrup
  • Fry the figs on both sides for a few minutes to the crunchy caramelized.
  • Pour yogurt into the jar, add figs, olive oil and salt. Yum!
    1 tsp olive oil, 5 oz low fat natural yogurt, 1 pinch of salt
