Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (a soft, ready mango is essential here)
  • cup (300 ml) natural yogurt (use your fave yogurt - soy, dairy, no-fat or low-fat)
  • cup (625 ml) water

  • Peel, halve and remove the stones from the mango (it's easy).
  • Chuck into a blender with the other ingredients.
  • Blend.
  • Cool in fridge.
  • Enjoy.
