Ingredients

  • 2 big handfuls spinach (2 big handfuls = 50g)
  • ½ cup (75 g) strawberries, fresh (can be frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup (185 g) soy yogurt (¾ cup = 185g)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) oat milk (1 cup = 250ml) (or soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or use regular sugar*)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

*If your banana is very ripe, you probably won’t need to add much sugar (if any!).

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend.
  • Enjoy.
