- 2 big handfuls spinach (2 big handfuls = 50g)
- ½ cup (75 g) strawberries, fresh (can be frozen)
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup (185 g) soy yogurt (¾ cup = 185g)
- 1 cup (250 ml) oat milk (1 cup = 250ml) (or soy milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or use regular sugar*)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
*If your banana is very ripe, you probably won’t need to add much sugar (if any!).
