NOTES
Tips
Even though it’s just two steps, making this for breakfast can feel like a lot of work, especially if you’re new to the game (of eating breakfast/eating vegan/eating healthy). So here’s some tips to make it easier:
- If you’re using frozen fruit, you can save time by combining the strawberries and/or banana with the soy-yoghurt, maple syrup (or sugar) and cinnamon the night before.
- Put them in a bowl, place it in the fridge, and add the other ingredients the next morning (and blend).
- If you’re using fresh fruit, I’d still recommend to prepare the yoghurt with the maple syrup and the cinnamon the night before.
- It’s that couple of steps that make all the difference in hasty mornings.
