- ¼ cup (35 g) blueberries
- ¼ cup (30 g) raspberries
- 2 oz (60 g) strawberries
- 1 small or medium dragon fruit
- 1 medium banana
- 1 nectarine/apricot
- 1 cup (280 g) low fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Cut the strawberries and banana into slices. Cut the dragon fruit in cubes and the nectarine/apricot into wedges.
Place the fruits in a bowl and mix together. Serve fruit salad topped with greek yogurt, honey, chia and pumpkin seeds.
