Ingredients

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2 oz strawberries
  • 1 small or medium dragon fruit
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 nectarine/apricot
  • 1 cup low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries and banana into slices. Cut the dragon fruit in cubes and the nectarine/apricot into wedges.

  • Place the fruits in a bowl and mix together. Serve fruit salad topped with greek yogurt, honey, chia and pumpkin seeds.
