Ingredients
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 2 oz strawberries
- 1 small or medium dragon fruit
- 1 medium banana
- 1 nectarine/apricot
- 1 cup low fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
