I just finished watching the trailer of the movie Tropic Thunder (saw the film ages ago). And I have to say it’s a hilarious piece, oh dear. Luckily, this recipe isn’t anything like a war comedy movie.

The name fits anyway, because you’re “oating” up a tropical flavour storm in this overnights oats recipe!

Pineapple goes so well with coconut and vanilla – it’s an absolute classic. And for breakfast too!

An excellent choice of milk would be rice or coconut milk since it complements nicely with the other ingredients as well.

If chocolate is more your thing then there’s a recipe right here for you. If protein is your priority, our overnight oats with protein powder are perfect, or head over here to see the full range of overnight oat breakfasts that we created.

And finally – oats are soooooo nutritious! If you’ve ever needed to be convinced, then look no further.

Enjoy!
