No worries, I didn’t add any alcohol to this overnight oats recipe. It’s for breakfast after all! Nope, I just liked the name and I think this ingredient combo is just bonkers delish 🙂

To be precise it’s a beautiful mix of bananas, cacao powder and peanut butter. All three ingredients are known for their “affinity” to each other. You’ll taste what I mean!

Instructions

  • Mash the banana, the mix it with the cacao powder.
    1 banana, 2 tsp cacao powder
  • To make it look nice first layer half of the oats, milk and chia seeds then add a layer of the banana mix. Repeat. Finish off the oatmeal with a dollop of peanut butter.
    ½ cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk of choice, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Leave in the fridge overnight if possible, or at least 4 hours. When it comes to eating, give it all a good stir. Enjoy!
