Ingredients
- 2 banana (ripe)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- In a blender, place the bananas, cacao powder, honey and milk.2 banana, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp honey, ½ cup milk
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To remove fill a large bowl with warm water. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up out of mold using stick.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
- Feel free to sub honey for agave or maple syrup.
- Be sure to use ripe bananas for the best popsicles!
