Instructions

  • In a blender, place the bananas, cacao powder, honey and milk.
    2 banana, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp honey, ½ cup milk
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • To remove fill a large bowl with warm water. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up out of mold using stick.
  • Enjoy!

NOTES

  • Feel free to sub honey for agave or maple syrup.
  • Be sure to use ripe bananas for the best popsicles!
