Ingredients
- 1 peach (ripe)
- 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Peel the peach and cut into large slices.1 peach
- In a blender, combine the peach, yogurt and honey.1 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To remove fill a large bowl with warm water. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up out of mold using stick.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
- Feel free to sub honey for agave or maple syrup.
- Be sure to use very ripe peaches for the best peach popsicles!
