Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt and honey.
    1 cup strawberries, 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • To remove, fill a large bowl with warm water. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up out of mold using stick.
  • Enjoy!

NOTES

Feel free to sub honey for agave or maple syrup.
