Ingredients
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- 1 small handful popcorn kernels
Choose the seasoning:
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- Pinch Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place popcorn and oil in a 3-quart pot over medium heat and cover the pot with a lid.
- Shake the pot constantly as popcorn pops. When popping slows to a few seconds in-between pops, after about 3 to 5 minutes, remove pot from heat and pour popcorn into a large bowl.
- Season with curry powder, sugar and/or salt.
- Lovely! Enjoy! 🙂
- Feel free pop much more than one handful! Store the rest of the lot in an air tight container.
