Ingredients
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Add the oats, soy milk, flax seeds, a pinch of salt to a pot and let simmer on low heat. (For extra creaminess let the ingredients soak the night before.)¾ cup rolled oats, 1 cup soy milk, 1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
