Vegetarian sausages and mash

Ingredients

  • 12 oz potatoes
  • 12 oz sweet potato
  • 6 vegetarian sausages
  • 6 oz peas
  • 6 oz broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 7 floz onion gravy (store bought)

Instructions

  • Fill up the kettle and set it to boil whilst you sort the potatoes
  • Preheat the oven if necessary for your vegetarian sausages
  • Peel the sweet potatoes (and peel the normal potatoes if you would prefer)
  • Set the potatoes to boil for roughly 20 minutes. Boil until soft and mashable
  • Put your sausages into the oven for the necessary time
  • If yo using frozen peas and brocolli, roughly 5-6 minutes before your potatoes are finished put these on to boil. If using fresh, set on plate ready
  • Mash your potato up, and if desired and mustard to taste
  • Make up onion gravy
  • Add it all to your plate and enjoy!
