- 1.25 cups bran flakes
- 5 oz low fat Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 oz dried apricots
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp almond butter
NOTES
Make sure to give it a good stir as the mixture will loosen up as the nut butter gets mixed in.
If you would prefer a slightly wetter mixture then you can add a splash of water, milk or natural yoghurt
