Use your leftovers to create the most awesome Buddha Bowl ever seen!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup grains of choice (eg. rice, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, couscous)
- 1.5 cups vegetables of choice (eg. spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers)
- ¾ cup legumes of choice, cooked (eg. black beans, chickpeas, lentils, peas, edamame)
- dressing of choice (eg. simple vinaigrette, mustard, ranch)
- dip of choice (eg. hummus)
Instructions
- Cook the grain as per recipe instructions.

- Prep the greens (sauté if needed).

- Prep the legumes.

- Whip up a nice dressing.

- Add everything together in one bowl.

- Enjoy while doing the downward dog 😉
