This is a combination of foods that match very well together: Grapes + Walnuts + Yogurt + Cinnamon = excellent overnight oats!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 handful grapes (sliced in half)
- 2 tbsp walnuts (crumbled)
- 6 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a jar and place it in the fridge. Hold on for a couple of hours.
