Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1.5 oz blueberries, frozen
- 1.5 oz frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tsp honey
NOTES
Add all the ingredients into your container of choice (tip: Get a proper leak-proof container!)
Give it a good shake and then put it in the fridge, and in the morning you’ll be good to go.
You can use less milk if you want it thicker, more milk if you want it sloppier.
