Ingredients
- 80 grams rolled oats
- 220 ml soy milk
- 40 grams blueberries, frozen
- 40 grams frozen cherries
- 10 g chia seeds
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- 10 g hemp seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, ideally one with a sealable top that you can put in the fridge
- Add the milk last. You can either increase or decrease the amount of milk depending on your preference for sloppiness or stickiness!
- Put in the fridge to refrigerate overnight and then in the morning you're good to go!
