Pineapple goes so well with coconut and vanilla, you wouldn’t believe. An excellent choice of milk would be rice milk. Enjoy your Oatmeal!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (rice milk fits nicely)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
- 2 tsp coconut flakes
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup pineapple (canned pineapples are fine)
Instructions
- For extra fanciness: blend the pineapple together with the vanilla extract and coconut flakes.
- Layer oats and milk and pineapple mash one after each other.
