Raspberry Banana Smoothie

- ½ cup raspberries (frozen would be awesome!)
- 1 ripe banana (ideally frozen)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
- Chuck all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Enjoy. Watch out for brain freeze! Haha.

The recipe has been replaced for me with that of Curried Broccoli :O As nice as that sounds I was looking for the Raspberry Banana Smoothie recipe. I’m pretty sure it was here before – maybe it’s just me?
