Ingredients

  • ½ cup raspberries (frozen would be awesome!)
  • 1 ripe banana (ideally frozen)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  • Chuck all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Enjoy. Watch out for brain freeze! Haha.

  1. The recipe has been replaced for me with that of Curried Broccoli :O As nice as that sounds I was looking for the Raspberry Banana Smoothie recipe. I’m pretty sure it was here before – maybe it’s just me?
