Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup blackberries (preferably frozen)
  • ½ mango (diced)
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • 1-2 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until creamy and fully incorporated.
