  • 5 oz low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and mash the banana in the bowl.

  • Add yogurt and mix with mashed banana.

  • Add cinnamon on top. Ready!
