- 1 banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel and mash the banana in the bowl.1 banana
- Add yogurt and mix with mashed banana.5 oz low fat natural yogurt
- Add cinnamon on top. Ready!½ tsp cinnamon
