Instructions

  • Pour yogurt into the jar.
    5 oz low fat natural yogurt
  • Add almonds, grapes, cinnamon to the yogurt.
    8 almonds, chopped, 1 handful grapes, sliced, ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top. Done!
    ½ tsp maple syrup
