Grapes yes, roses no. I’ll give you that. But I’ll also assume you caught the play of words and didn’t expect any roses in this overnight oats recipe.
Plus, any chance we get to reference one of our favourite rock or metal bands, we’ll take it 😉
This is a combination of foods that match very well together: Grapes + Walnuts + Yogurt + Cinnamon = win! And on top of that the shot turned out really nice as well. A true oatmeal beauty.

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 3 oz grapes (sliced in half)
- 1 tbsp walnuts (crumbled)
- 3 oz low fat Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a jar and place it in the fridge. Hold on for a couple of hours.
- Then enjoy 🙂
