This yogurt parfait is rich with fruits and nuts and is a deliciously quick way to start the day. Never get bored of breakfast again!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Throw them together with the dried apricots in a food processor.
    2 plums, 2 dried apricots
  • Add the cinnamon and honey/agave syrup and a dash of milk. Blend until smooth (if no food processor at hand just cut the fruit into small pieces).
    1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey
  • Chop up the almonds.
    1 tbsp almonds
  • Mix the yogurt and milk with the rolled oats.
    1 cup Greek Yogurt, ½ cup milk of choice, ¾ cup rolled oats
  • Lastly, in a small bowl layer yogurt mix, plum jam and chopped almonds to your liking. Garnish with a few pieces of plums.
