HP – Healthy Yogurt Parfait
This yogurt parfait is rich with fruits and nuts and is a deliciously quick way to start the day. Never get bored of breakfast again!

Ingredients
- 2 plums
- 2 dried apricots
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey (or agave syrup)
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Throw them together with the dried apricots in a food processor.2 plums, 2 dried apricots
- Add the cinnamon and honey/agave syrup and a dash of milk. Blend until smooth (if no food processor at hand just cut the fruit into small pieces).1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey
- Chop up the almonds.1 tbsp almonds
- Mix the yogurt and milk with the rolled oats.1 cup Greek Yogurt, ½ cup milk of choice, ¾ cup rolled oats
- Lastly, in a small bowl layer yogurt mix, plum jam and chopped almonds to your liking. Garnish with a few pieces of plums.

- Enjoy now or whenever you like! Keep it in the fridge.
