Also we’ve reduced fat, a nice trick especially for vegetarians who easily get too much of it when trying to eat more protein: just think nuts and cheeses: both rich in protein, but also in fat.
With less fat, we can add more healthy protein and carbs. That again makes you feel more satisfied without adding calories.
Please note again: it’s all within the guidelines! And don’t worry, the recipes are still really good. We’ve spent years perfecting them.
You should be in the calorie range to lose about 1-2lbs or ½ to 1 kilogram per week.
